ewan ko kung may nkapansin dito na iba pero ung easement sa likod ng houses sa estates, settings at parkway, no matter how big ung lot nyo, parang same lang ung likod, masyado pa rin masikip. parang hirap huminga.. buti ung sa estates ang door sa likod hindi sliding door unlike sa settings at sa parkway na pag nkaupo ka malapit sa sliding door like sa sala, makikita mo na ung neighbor mo sa likod... just an observation.. kaya okay rin ung idea ng green ribbon, greenway and greenlane kasi naadress nya un.

It boils down to personal preference. Green ribbon is really nice, if you don't mind the potential noise. I'm anticipating that would turn into the neighborhood kids' playground, tambayan, and BBQ party area. Especially if most of your neighbors are young couples with younger kids or likes to have parties. One of the main reason I didn't choose a green ribbon despite it being very nice. It's a public area. As far as the close proximity to your back door neighbor for regular block units, if you want more privacy, just put up a perimeter wall.

yah... i guess youll just have to put a perimeter fence... so it means more noise from greenlane and greenway models. lol.

pwede bang maglagay ng mga bakod yung mga unit owners? or talagang open lahat ng sides ng house ang lot mo?

That's after home improvement already. It has a black border while the rest has white borders.

Arch Jay even showed us a Jasmine home improvement proposal with side extension and a 3rd flr expansion.

Naku sana wala naman, katakot ang ahas. Marami pa namang patches of tall grasses parin sa mga vacant lots. So far wala pa naman akong nakikita.

Wow! Tumaas na minimum prices ng mga H&L sa Avida at Parkway Settings compared to last year. Buti na lang I pulled the trigger last year. Nag appreciate na property ko di pa na-turnover!

Basic has no T&B on 2nd floor, standard does.
