Its from St Thomas mount/Parangimalai.

In Thirumangalam any ordinary 2 BHK(900Sqft)(6 flats appartment) will cost minimum 60lacs so this 136 lacs with many facilities not that costly

I heard for those facilities we have to pay a monthly charges of upto Rs 6k in the name of maintenance and service charges. So you end up in paying rent for your own flat. This one is definitely not in my umbrella

Well apartment maintenance fees are went up. that too these big skyscrapers, it may easily touch monthly 2.5k to 3k. during water shortage, the cost will go up due to tanker lorries.

dunno, I remember seeing ads saying they ll hand over keys by dec last, don't think it has happened yet. Yesterday when I crossed the place one or two towers looked ready.

hah..my house is just a few paces down that road (towards thirumangalam near the busstop). memories!!

but i see this place has not changed much. after all the 3 years i have not been in chennai. and about ozone metro; is it taller than arihant towers thats at koyembedu??

and what about the proposed metro mall inside it. so much hype when i left chennai in 2010.

I think the mall is in their plans but when.... it is any ones guess. Ist phase itself is not completed. The project is sluggish. Could be due to high costs.

Looks like ozone group is in trouble. Even their Ozone Evergreens project in Bangalore is delayed by more than a year and the hand over hasn't happened yet. Lot of guys who bought the apartment in this project are putting them on the block

The early stages of the project was marred with litigation in relation to land ownership.

Work was stayed by court.

Now most of the litigations are resolved.
