Ah, yes, I forgot that there is no 1BR unit. Thanks for the information. With that price, I would rather choose Makati, Ortigas, or BGC. The narrow roads of Chinatown will definitely become a big headache once families have moved in. Even if I can just walk to nearby restaurants, the next thing I need to worry will be flooding come rainy season.

The advantage is, the schools are near to that place. my siblings can go to school easily. of course we don't want to live in a narrow road. But if you bought in Makati and you or whoever in your family is studying here, you will still need to pass these narrow roads. which are the same. we plan to move out after my siblings graduated. my siblings are just grade school. it's more convenient to live here with full amenities. try to explore the amenities of Anchor skysuites. btw the water in kitchen are all filtered for safety. and you need a card to take the lift for security. that's nice. that's why we love anchor skysuites. I'm not being biased here. But I really don't like the narrow roads. "School" is the greatest obstacle because they need to go to school.

Their intended market are the chinese-filipinos and the chinese mainlanders who wants to live near their business, the chinese schools, and the chinese community. For them, the location is perfect.
