فندق «الفور سيزونز» يضخ 300 مليون دينار في الاقتصاد البحريني





يبشر انطلاق الأعمال الإنشائية لفندق الفور سيزونز في البحرين بإحساس متجدد بالتفاؤل في قطاعات العمالة والعقارات في المملكة. وهذا الفندق الذي يقع في خليج البحرين ويطل على الواجهة البحرية، على الساحل الشمالي الشرقي لمدينة المنامة، سوف يقام بكُلفة قدرها 2,5 مليار دولار، ومن المتوقع أن يستكمل إنشاء المشروع في إبريل 2014 ويتوقع أن يوفر فرص عمل جديدة، رأسمال جديد ويبشر بموجة جديدة من التفاؤل في العديد من القطاعات الرئيسية في البحرين.
وتأكيدا للآثار الإيجابية للمشروع الجديد أوضح بوب فينسنت، الرئيس التنفيذي لخليج البحرين والذي سوف يتولى تنسيق تنفيذ المشروع أنه «سوف يضخ المشروع الإنشائي الذي يستمر مدة 29 شهرا نحو 300 مليون دينار بحريني في اقتصاد البحرين وهو ما ستكون له فوائد مالية واضحة كما أنه سيكون تعبيرا إيجابيا للغاية عن الثقة في البلاد بصفتها مركزا تجاريا حيويا».
وأكد بوب فينسنت أن إنشاء أحدث فندق ضمن هذه السلسلة من الفنادق من فئة الخمس نجوم وهو فندق الفور سيزونز في خليج البحرين سوف يؤمن تحقيق فوائد كثيرة بجلب العديد من فرص العمل للقوى العاملة في البلاد. وأضاف قائلا: «ينظر إلى الشروع في تنفيذ العقد الرئيسي لفندق الفور سيزونز خليج البحرين على أنه التزام هام بإعادة تنشيط أعمال الإنشاءات في البحرين وجذب مزيد من الاهتمام بالإقراض للقطاع العقاري من قبل البنوك المحلية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك فإن هناك فوائد جمة من توفير أكثر من 2000 فرصة عمل خلال مراحل الإنشاء فضلا عن مشاركة المقاولين البحرينيين من الباطن والكثير من الموردين خلال مراحل الإنشاء فضلا عن تأمين أكثر من 700 وظيفة دائمة وجميع هذه الأمور سوف تؤكد التحسن الشامل في اقتصاد البحرين».
وبارتفاع قدره 201 مترا و50 طابقا و263 غرفة للعملاء فإن مجمع الفندق سوف يعطي دفعة قوية لقطاع الضيافة في البحرين وسوف يرسي معيارا جديدا في وسائل الإقامة الفخمة والمترفة في البلاد. ويضم الفندق ناديا صحيا من فئة الخمس نجوم ومنشآت ترفيهية ومطعما معلقا باسم «سكاي بود»، مرافق من الدرجة الأولى للولائم والمؤتمرات، إضافة إلى أربعة مطاعم راقية ومناظر بانورامية جميلة لغرف وأجنحة النزلاء، وبوجه عام تم تصميم المشروع بالكامل بحيث يحتل الفندق موقع الصدارة بين قطاع الفنادق في البحرين وينتقل بها إلى عهد جديد من الفخامة والرفاهية. سوف يتم تنسيق تنفيذ المشروع من قبل فريق إدارة خليج البحرين ومن ثم فإن إنشاء الفندق سوف يضم نفس المستوى من التصميم العصري والكفاءة في إدارة المشاريع التي وضعت خليج البحرين في موقع متميز لإنشاء المشاريع الكبرى على الواجهة البحرية للساحل الشمالي.

about the villamar thay have recently signing a new contract with new constraction combany , in Condition that the new combany will own some area in the 3 towers.

but unfortunately thay did'nt start the works on the towers yet .

Four Seasons Bahrain logs 500,000hrs accident free

The Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay project has logged over 500,000 accident-free working hours on site since it commenced, and its management team has confirmed that construction is currently ahead of schedule, with the fifth level of towers now completed.

The hotel towers will rise to reach 50 floors at height of 201m, containing 263 guest rooms, and featuring the suspended ‘Sky Pod’ restaurant on a bridge between the two towers. The project will also create 700 jobs, many of which have been filled by Bahraini nationals.

“We have been impressed on this particular project with the skilled labour available locally and their ability to respond to our demanding schedule. We have been able to identify high quality sub-contractors with efficient material supply lines and hard-working teams,” said Philippe Dessoy, general manager at Six Construct Middle East.

An anchor project on the Bahrain Bay development, the Four Seasons is being managed by Hisham Abdulrahman Jaffer (HAJ), with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and COWI Gulf providing consultancy. Project work is set to be completed for April 2014.

“We have been extremely impressed with the way Six Construct has initiated the startup stages of the main works. Working in partnership with a number of local contractors, they have responded to a demanding critical path and timeline,” said Bob Vincent, general manager of bayside developments.

Contractor Six Construct are employing a 1200-strong team for the project, utilising a two-shiftwork pattern to optimise project completion.

“As one of the cornerstone components of Bahrain Bay, we all understand that a project of this scale is an opportunity to demonstrate Bahrain’s emergence from the global financial crisis, and its sustainability as a GCC tourism hub," said Vincent.

The project is predicted to result in direct and indirect economic benefits for Bahrain reaching $300m over the next five to seven years, with GCC tourism expected to contribute strongly to these benefits.

“As the project further evolves towards our targeted opening in 2014; we will see further evidence of how the construction, tourism and government sectors of Bahrain are collaborating to support growth opportunities.”

Six Construct were selected for this landmark project due to their renowned portfolio of large scale construction projects delivered on time, without compromising standards. Six Construct works include the Burj Khalifa, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, the Khalifa Stadium in Doha and Bahrain’s North Manama Causeway.

The project is predicted to result in direct and indirect economic benefits for Bahrain that will equal approximately USD300m over the next five to seven years, with GCC tourism expected to contribute strongly to these benefits. That's constructed so beautifully and I just love that Design and actually that's pretty appreciated, for this purpose there must a the greatest architectures of the time. Anyway I have some plans and when I'll make it fulfill then I'll surely share here.
