Sounds like a waste of time to me.

I'll start,

"I heard that you cant pre-sell condos until theyre almost built....and that this may never be built......that's what I read somewhere".

Actually I ripped that off from the crazy poster above (who seems to have some supporters here

Better get back to my job now....that's more fun
Trust me, the people know if a comment is Ok or just ridiculous. You don't even have to bother arguing. The point is, don't attack the person e.g. calling someone an idiot, stupid and even dragging his mother's name. That's below the belt and just unacceptable in the Philippine culture.

hmm so telling me to look in the mirror and worry about being shot is acceptable....

So in 'YOUR' culture, its fine to threaten to shoot someone.....but not fine to mention someones mother ?

Not Singaporean.....Trump looks excellent, I only bothered to view the units last week as Id rather pay off fully my other units at century city before buying a Trump unit

I may even wait and see what the next condo will be

There are a lot of posts in this forum that are really silly and we all have the freedom to point that out. To agree and to disagree to some other people's opinion is also Ok, but let us not resort to personal attack. Im not specifically referring to you but to everyone using this forum.

I was trying to look for the article I read but I can't find it now. I remember now that it is just a proposal due to the alleged scams of the previous years.
HLURB do in fact require that cemeteries and memorial parks must be 20% built before the developer is issued a LTS.
And before anyone gives a smartass response to this, yes I know, a condominium is different from a cemetery. I'm just stating that there was an article about the proposal.
I'll stop here.

PS. I'm not a CPI hater. In fact I bought a unit from them. Let's not see everything as black and white.

fr what i read in the previous posts, condo developers cannot sell without LTS yet most if not all of them (ayala) included sold condo units in the past while their LTS were still pending and even before the excavation.

I'm outta here. If you want to trade barbs, go to the thread where I know what I'm talking about.
Hahaha. You made me laugh. I just wanted to see if you were gonna bite. I guess it doesnt take that much to push your buttons

I have no issues with you at all. I just didnt like the arrogance of your previous posts but I guess that's your personality, so we can't do much about that. So your now inviting me back to the Sonata thread? Why thankyou so much for giving me your permission. I guess you forgot (It seems you quickly forget what you write. Getting old perhaps? ) when you implied for me to stick to my own building thread because I haven't purchased a unit at Sonata, therefore I have no right to comment. Sounds familiar?

Anyway, even though its fun to play with you, I have to decline your offer as I am not interested in the current topic of conversation at the Sonata thread but I will see you there when there is something I can comment on and we can "trade barbs" as you put it so eloquently. K Cya latr Granpa

what if you decided to buy a condo here because of the merits of the building...happiness after patiently paying with hard earned money.

Imagine next that your neighbours who form the association are each and everyone of the forumers who have written a post over the past 4 pages.
Guaranteed anarchy to the detriment of your home sweet home aspirations..you will end up with a building in disrepair as unit owners fight paying dues and maintenance levies etc and the Philippine Daily Inquirer is more than happy to scoop this news.

Hopefully not. Instead maybe they can just buy in Gramercy, Knightsbridge, Milano, Livingstone, and other Century projects with Gypsum board walls separating one unit to another. This way we can get direct feedback if such walls are really secure enough and the noise levels tolerable enough when all these unique personalities start yacking and attacking one another. Joke joke joke lang po! Hehehe...

I rest in confidence that it shall not happen. Those who hate gramercy simply shall, can not and would never own a property here, since they despise it. And therefore I'm grateful to this rationalization that there is hope to meeting my floor neighbors being civilized urban dwellers who are used to peaceful and harmonious cohabitation with multinational and multicultural urban neighborhood.

To date, the plans for partitions separating units will be insulated drywall for Trump as with Essensa. Office confirmed it.
