Central Park is a luxury apartment and shopping complex with a corporate building under construction, Queretaro City is currently under a construction boom with complexes such as empresalia, with corporate offices, Zibata, a planned suburb under construction, Juriquilla towers, an apartment bulding complex, Antea, billed as the largest shopping mall in the Bajio region, if not Mexico, Citta la Vittoria, a residential complex among others and of course the aerospace industrial complex nearby in El Marques. The state of Queretaro is currently undergoing an economic boom with economic growth being 7.3% in 2010 and 8.1% in 2011, above average for Mexico.
