well so far they haven't installed many of them, so we don't know what the final product will look like yet. Personally, glass panels in japanese buildings rarely disappoint me.

A bit unsharp, but it shows the progress.

The photo was taken from 150m and the Iino building right next to it a bit further away is 147m. With the next height jump the tower should pass the 150m.
