Found this of Darwin in January 2012 on Wiki & also on Flicker... Photo by Ken Hodge.

Original Source is either TOO Large for the screen or small and not large enough to see all the detail...


Photo was taken by Ken Hodge from across the bay at East Point a few kilometers away.... The crane that you see that is between the two biggies on the left of the image is for the SOHO Apartments Hotel tower; a luxury 26 story building.
When it's completed this new tower should sit at about the same height as of the building to the left of it or slightly smaller..... I think the completion date for it is next year. Remember construction slows down dramatically in the wet.

Darwin's got quite a big and nice skyline for the size of the city!(130,000)its bigger and looks nicer than Hobart's which is a city of over 217,000 people.

all though i will admit Hobarts got nicer old buildings in the CBD.
