Are you sure of that? Upgrades should not only be in front of Setia Sky 88, but throughout the whole stretch of road, and other roads in the vicinity. There should be a masterplan on how the future of that area would look like.

Soon to be launched sometime this year will be Setia Sky 88, located in the heart of the city centre with a view of the JB-Singapore Causeway. Describing it as an iconic structure, Chang says the project, comprising three towers, is set to be the highest residential development in the city at 56 storeys. It has an estimated GDV of RM450 million.

One wonders what KSL and Setia are doing with fairly large projects along Tebrau Highway, and not influencing the masterplan. Then again, Setia88 will take around 4years to build, hence earliest it will be ready is late 2016 or early 2017...

The ad is kinda appealing though....and the buildings look like the World Trade Centre twin towers of New York before they were destroyed.

went to their Sales Office in sg when i was on the way to get my phone repaired...
RM750/sqft
launched end of august
construction starts end of year.
Think it will be 2 towers first on the right. then 3rd tower on the left will be built later and it looks different from the 2 towers on its right, maybe different project. Sales persons can't confirm this yet.
