yea,, thats so true.. ever since the government announce/ launch the Iskandar project in Johor
a lot of real estate/ housing are launched too.. the gdp rate, income of johorean doesnt increase.. the only thing increase is bangla n indon are increased
as singapore currency are so much higher than malaysia.. they are likely to buy a house in Jb.. horizon hill, bkt indah, mutiara rini and sutera almost half occupied by singaporean..

juz saw some heavy machinery n pilling machine working at the taman molek serviced apartments area, but not beside the u/c molek pine 3 tower building, maybe around 80m from the u/c building. i expect they have start building the molek pine 4 service apartment now,37storey high, base from the link below...

I though all the nusa this and that only applicable to area surrounding nusajaya..like all the alams surrond shah alam

Mybe something like putrajaya naming like lanai,anjung, sound good..

nusa duta, nusa bayu, nusa bestari, nusa jaya. banyak lagi nusa but at least those name sound above class..unlike one temenggong then later one wong ah fook, one tahir, one tan hiok ngee and one ah moy.. can ar?

Totally agree. I thought he was of reasonable intellectual capacity, unfortunately his grey matter is a bit wanting Research skills also lacking as shown from his Kota Iskandar comment which he has not responded to. At least Vince was man enough to own up when he factually slips up ( e.g. Legoland tickets!).

The opening up of the Segget river is based on many other riverside redevelopment programs that have proven successful e.g. Seoul, Korea. The main objective is not so much to open up the river but to develop a proper sewerage system for JB town. Right now all the raw sewage is flushed straight into Sg Segget and eventually into the Johor Straights. The first part of the plan is to actually lay sewerage piping on both sides of the river to trap all the sewerage generated by the city centre, this will then be sent to a Sewerage Treatment Plant located somewhere near the City Centre to be treated. It will than pass through a man-made wetlands for further natural filteration before it flows through the city and into the Johor Straits.

I don't really like the idea though. I like them to start on istana garden 1st..but then again.river rehabitation has work to rejuvinate the city..

It attract people.seoul maybe so far away.but mlk n sg river is nxt door..preety much it does attract people and investment into old part of town..
