In any of RLC projects, iba po ang bayad sa unit and iba ang payment sa parking, if may balcony pa unit mo, kasama din po yun sa assoc. dues.

As far as I know, normally the dues are pegged at one certain amount multiplier and all you need to do is just multiply that said amount by how many squaremeter your unit is (including balcony if you have one) and then do the same for your parking slot (if you have one) and once both amounts are added together that will give you your monthly total dues amount owed. Of course if the unit dues are pegged at a different amount multiplier than that of the parking dues then you just have to use the proper respective amount to multiply to your unit and parking slot sizes and then add those two amounts to get your monthly total dues amount owed. In rare instances some condo projects include the parking slot area as part of the common area which in this case the said maintenance and overhead cost related to the parking spaces are already factored in the amount multiplier that you to multiply by the size of your unit which will then give you your monthly total dues amount owed. And then of course the other thing you get billed monthly for is your unit's actual consumption/usage of water, electricity, and gas. Tama ba?

3,750 pesos every six month for the parking. 625 pesos /month.
Yes. Do you guys know the size of a parking slot in TTT1? I am guessing 2.5M x 5M or an area of 12.5 SM. It appears that the RLC is charging 50% of the unit's association due (Php100/SM) or Php50/SM for parking slots. Incidentally, did any of you get your parking slots assigned already? I still don't have mine assigned even after I paid for it 2 years ago! I'm not sure what they are waiting for.

This was the same with RLC's 5th avenue project in fort. They have a separate association dues for the parking which is equivalent to 50% of the unit dues.

That's messed up... 50pesos per sq/m for parking..Thank God..My agent told me parking is only good if you're planning to retire in your unit..

BGC has underground gas supply lines available if the developer chooses to put in gas pipe lines into the building which RLC opted not to do here in Trion. Mas mura din naman kasi ang building insurance when gas is not piped-into the building dahil menus peligro (less risk) that something bad might happen. Para tipid sa electricity one can opt for induction cooktops instead of the regular burners. Bevepi/Gene also said there are inverter type appliances available now that although more expensive, consumes less electricity. Sa TV LED pinaka matipid.

Fort Gas is the supplier of LPG in the whole FBGC. Ganun pala yun Boe, pag wala kang gas pipe mas mura pala Building insurance..

I hope LG can come up with an Inverter cook tops..this is one of the useable appliances in a unit especially if you love to cook.

Yup atleast that's what I've been told by those who work in the insurance industry there in Pinas at ganuon din naman dito sa States as far as buildings are concerned. The rule of thumb is the lesser the risk exposure mas mura ang premium ng building insurance. Pati nga door mat sa labas ng pinto ng unit (along the corridors) usually pinagbabawal because that's a risk exposure too. Guess in this case the logic is kung walang gas line piped into the building, the lesser the risk of having an explosion from gas pipe line leaks or even fire which can spread faster having gas running inside the building.

I've been looking for some furniture and appliances prices in order to plan my budget. Sharing here the links for most of the stores with online info. I'm looking for GE or Westinghouse refrigerator but couldn't seem to find it. Pls post if you find it.

Just want to ask also if RLC has a property management unit that can facilitate condo rental. If none, do you know of any reputable company which accepts units from other developers? And how does it work? How much is normally the commission? And when you rent out your unit, do you include the utilities normally in the price? Thanks

Don't get me wrong, plasma is almost obsolete here in the Philippines though I know some people who still use the CRT hehehe, LCD is still updated but led is more recommended..competition in price is stiff but better for consumer..more competition means lower price.

Hi, Nahyan. The color of the cupboard in ozwiena's pic is lighter than my cupboard pics taken about a year ago. I guess pictures are not that reliable in determining the exact color or shade. But yes, the actual is lighter than that in the showroom and layout depends on unit type. I guess unit types A, B and C have the same layout. Hope this info helps.

Hello nahyan. Yes, they were taken from the actual unit (unit O if I am not mistaken) of Tower 1 just this March. I did not see the showrooms so I won't be able to compare.

Personally, I'd still prefer plasma for movies and cable viewing besides most of the new plasma that we have now is consuming 150-250 watts.

Your photos were very helpful to manage my expectations. I never thought they changed the colors of the cupboards. Is this a 1BR? The whole unit looked small to me. Thanks again.
