(ALI) will break ground this week on the 40,481-square meter property it is leasing from the provincial government, despite a contract still being reviewed by the Commission on Audit (COA). “I think by this week signboards will be put up, they (ALI) will start the project on the leased section of the property, he said. The property, located at the back of the Provincial Capitol and portions near the Philippine National Bank in Bacolod, is part of the 7.7-hectares property awarded to ALI, 36,587 square meters of which are under the contract for the deed of conditional sale still pending before COA. full story |

Ehem....ive been reading the last several threads, i was laughing my head off 'coz a handful of bloggers here are bashing me? First and foremost, I myself is from Bacolod aswell, if you read my previous posts i was mad and frustrated at "COA" for their delaying tactics for the start of the construction of ACCC. I dont see any reason why some of you would start reacting the way you all did- as if I was opposed to the entire project. Next time, before some of you react, try to understand first what others post, dont act immature,because I'm just as excited as you all are for the start of this project. I am new here and I respect veteran bloggers, and if u want respect in return, act and react appropriately....kag kilalaha nyo sa dasun ang gina bira nio kay basi kamo pa mahuy-an.Thank you!
