I think the Old Town has almost no cohesion.. I mean there are so many architectural styles and some of the buildings are 300x bigger than others O.O. I like that 30's tower though, but should be relocated somewhere else? I have some projects coming over (guess what they are xD). I wish more people would help us fill out the old town once and for all.

really I think everything there fits apart from that, what, russian themed block?, the brightly coloured ones next to the church. And yeah as said the 30s tower needs to be moved somewhere.

I think that the only thing which does’n’t fits in is my art deco building. Let’s locate it near othe art decos and place a park in that little plot

You cannot just re-locate a building mate (JMGV), The place for the building was accepted by DS back when the building was constructed.
If there had been any problems with the placement, then it would have been solved long ago. but there hasn't been any problems.
Plus, the guy behind the work probably won't allow the building to be moved?

- Anyhow. I must say, that if you want to move this building, or any building and the guy who originally made the building, is no longer here. Then you will have to accept the fact that it is not a thing decided by one person.
I therefore suggest, that in order to move buildings from their original plots or erase them from the city, a simple vote will be needed. of course not every one, who is a part of the city has to be a part of the vote. But there has to be atleast 5.
If the majority says yes. The building is accepted to be moved. Though, The new plot, should be chosen by the person who wanted to move the building in the first place.
- And. If a building is to be erased from the city. Then, the decided "Admin" (Dubaiskyscraper atm) will have a double counting vote. If then a vote is a tie. Another point will be given to the admin. (double counting vote, is made because the Admin, was the one who said yes in the first place. And therefore has more "right" to erase or not, than normal users.)

Isn't this the way to do it or what?

I don't understand why people have an issue with there being a building from the 1930s or so (the art deco building) in the Old Town. Neighbourhoods almost ALWAYS have a mix of older buildings, and sometimes a mix of old and new. I see no issue with it. In fact, I think the Old Town looks absolutely great!
