dugokon naman gyud ni daan ang cebu joch since time immemorial. pa gamay2x lang ni pero gamay gyud diay i think its a blessing from senior santo for cebu to have this kind of topography and geography kay nganong kita gyud gilipi ni magellan nga iyang landingan. da na tigbas lagi

cebu salesforce is very strong as long as developers acknowledge the great influence of licensed real estate brokers and its salespeople in bringing more investors and locators to cebu. there are cebu projects developed by big players in manila who are struggling to sell because they rely mostly on their in-house salespeople with less experience and less network. the result -- poor sales output.

vats so dili diay tanan big players sa manila (like ayala) ang maayu ug sales record, naa sab diay poor results, hmmmmmmmmmmmm can you site an example kun unsa ni nga manila based developer ? sorry to ask too much.

starts with the letter f... both have projects either on the hill and near the sea. avida and alveo's sales output in cebu are mostly coming from brokers group. alp is struggling a bit. mall exhibits have lower sales success rates. closing rates are higher by referral and network basis.

i dont think its federal land.. since Tower 1 is 90% sold out as of today, while tower 2 is now hovering at 60-70%...

Marco Polo Parkview is also doing good sales.. at about 40% now..

The source of the sales is mostly though bank networks...

This is true... And I think the Villas at Marco Polo, the first phase which is like 7 units (I think) are all sold out before pre-selling or shall I say wala nalang gi pre-sell kay useless nahurot na hehe! One prominent family in Cebu bought 3 units.

What??? Yes they were offering villas, murag townhouses. No update if nag sell na ba sila sa phase 2

Speaking of Baseline Tower 2... There was a previous rumor i shared that the currently Baseline Restaurant which is across Baseline Residences is also rumored to be demolished for another highrise.. I just dont know if its still the same partnership with Landmaster and the lot owners...Archt. Canizares. For sure it will be another exciting development in that part of the uptown..
