I'm in love with this library. It was actually opened in 1923 by some Kuwaiti authors and this is its new building. It's going to hold publications that cover Kuwait & the GCC countries.

I'm gonna check it out tomorrow. Hopefully it fits its own description of a library, and not just some crappy building with one or two studying/reading places.

Officially the most retarded building in all of Kuwait. Last time I went there---which was just a few months ago---an Egyptian security guard told me it still wasn't operational. So what's the point of having this library? Absolutely retarded! It's true when they say Arabs don't like to read.
