well they seem to be doing something right .One of the few building projects,I guess which is probably on time with even the rehab process done without any hitch and no clearance issue as such.

and who exactly are the shadowy organizations giving out these awards? There's no way this is the best residential development in all of India, let alone Asia. I have heard that there's a lot of these organizations that hold these awards. Its basically a way for them to make money. The nominated parties are made to stay in certain hotels with which the award organizations have tie ups and told that they told they are basically guarenteed to win the award, all they have to do is pay the thousands of dollar in fee to enter the competitition.
Lets face the facts, best in Asia right now pretty much means the best in the world. There are really no residential projects in India that is contention for being the best in Asia.

+1.. this is nothing more than an average looking tall tower.
hope the builders themselves realise this before they accept such awards

Fast and also in a low profile manner... They have overtaken the India bulls and lodhas who make grand announcements and release big ads for sale, but on ground deliver poorly to their customers. Full marks to this builder for focussing on building and delivering rather than on selling alone. For that one reason alone, they deserve the award,

Buildings are not only about designs on paper ...but designs that get built..and in time..otherwise they just remain pretty pictures to look at.

His project also went through the same period of new dcr and subodh Kumar, but he didn't stop or make excuses about it,..like some of the so called other big bulls of the area..who have only pictures of stopped projects to show..guess subodh Kumar called their bluff..
