Nice stadium, but am I the only person who feels stands are way too steep. You could have a serious accident if you fell forward.
I understand a steep gradient is good if you're seated, but with the football score and everyone jumps up mentality, it looks lethal. |

You probably are the only one.
Steep stands are desirable. |

I very much doubt that they are steep to the point of becoming dangerous. |

I'm fairly sure that the rake of the stands is 35 degrees, which is the maximum you can have.

I'm sorry, but safe standing is desirable, but that's deemed to be the most dangerous thing ever. This poses a far greater risk, but it's deemed safe because authority tells you so? The upper tier of the MEN Arena in Manchester is an accident waiting to happen. How on Earth people can say it's safe I'll never know? In this instance at Rotherham, that kind of rake with people jumping around at a football match seems extrememly dangerous. |

Don't go to the upper tiers of St James' Park.

Looks like a nice little stadium. Hopefully we(Leeds) will get Rotherham in one of the cups so I can visit it sooner rather than later!

Just been very near the stadium.
All stand sponsorship names up, all signage pretty much done, car parks nearly complete and some mobile offices were being taken away. The hand over of keys is very soon. |

Very neatly turned out little ground, though the layout of the main stand looks a little odd to my eyes.
Great to see something different from this sort of capacity ground though, and good luck to Rotherham for the new season. |

Would look better with the red back panelling on the main stand extended around the ground, just to get rid of the grey!

Been past it on the train a few times and it really is so close to the town centre and looks a high quality stadium. Won't be making my first visit until the odious Steve Evans gets the boot though.
