sad to say this was only taken a few weeks after the sanitation... currently, it only last less than a week to clean again this ceramic filter.

OO nga sosyal......dami na naman nilang maloloko nyan te.....karma.....kapalan lang naman ng mukha yan dyan ka mabubuhay.....dyan karin yayaman......di pa nga tapos yung exchange regency ito na naman tayo.....

Its the Developers responsibility to issue this warranty against defects valid for one (1) year back to back with the defects and liability period the Contractor is giving the developer. Yes there are no invitation for unit owners because we are not part of condotel but shld invite condotel owners. But for the condotel owners atleast they are doing their best to promote it. Most of the visitors are from travelling agency and some company atleast not NVI staff i will raise my eyebrow if that happen.

Yesterday, they gave letters saying effective June 28, 2012, they will start distributing Water Usage Consumption and billing statements (inclusive dates will commence from Move in Date).

I don't think its not fair that they will start it starting move in date coz we move here on March and that time the water is still dirty, and even until now water is dirty. Neighbors we should complain about this.

Their water rate is ranging from 68 to 69 pesos per cubic meter, don't you think its high? Because in Malayan Plaza in ADB Ave., thats also a condotel, the rate is only 15 pesos per cubic meter.

Better we check the water rate of Maynilad or Manila Water whichever water concessionaire is supplying water to The Exchange Regency and we can all take it from there.
