OAK Ville looks amazing.... Some sort of Palm Villas.... Really great to see such super hyper profile projects in our city... I guess, it should cost more than 2 crore per villa, atleast, seeing the level of luxury....

not 2 ,villa costs btw 4-8 crores.surprising more than 10 units already booked.

Amazing, though not much surprises.... After all Kochi is indeed Kerala's business capital and number of traditional and new gen high net worth families are here who can afford so.....

There was always a good market for high end residences here. Now we see ads because the demand is more.

Right after returning back home, in 2007, I saw a small and obscure ad about a villa and called them. The lady first asked what I do etc, and I told her (in the best acquired California accent

) that I returned from ammerrikka and then she deigned to let out the details. 10 villas, each 1-3 crores, gated colony, american style amenities etc.

All that with practically no advertisements!!

Villas really look great. Good to see builders coming out with new designs and concepts. Demand for such projects are on the rise that's why AMV group, Meridian homes, Travancore builders and many more have come out with these super luxury homes.

4-8 crores and already 10 booked, shows that high net worth individuals are on the rise in the city. Wish I had the money to buy such a villa

Wow - that is a great story. 1-3 crores back then was significantly more. It is great to see such high end construction, though at the same time I am surprised that folks will pay that much for the same type of villa. In my own experience in the US/Las Vegas, the really high end homes in gated communities were custom designed/built; no 2 homes look the same. The mid level gated communities had the tract homes - 2-3 design's available. The latter seems to be the trend in Kerala/Kochi. Must be the convenience factor.
