thank you, its because my fiance is from Brazil, therefor I've learned Portuguese. But I understand Spanish a little too.

Yes it might be a little suprise, but you are right.
Althoug I did see some things, I wish nobody too see.
Afganistan is a beautifull country, but It hurts to see the people suffer.
Right now Im hoping for a job internally, here. maybe in a counter terrorist unit. Well See!

I really don't know who they are, but they liked us. I had some pencils and other things to give them..
it was very windy that day , and they enjoyed the wind in their back.
the country has really nothing to offer them.. I hope someday this country is better than when we left. It is defenitly better than when we came.

thank you for you comments everybody, I dont post pictures of me often, and I am not taking political standpoints. But I enjoy the comments, they are finally positive. other than over here, everbody is again the war, and everbody who went , is not welcomed back. My own friends turned their backs on me, when I returned from Afganistan, saying I f*cked my own family for a flag and things like that.

Hmmm that's very strange, and it seems you're in a dilema. But of course you can not always be extremely patriotic to your country, you first have to think about the more important stuff that matter. I mean I love the United States but our government is ehh or atleast it is now, lololol

I know right, I am not defending governments and others.. I know why I joined and I theres a reason to have returned safe.
I certainly did not fight for oil or US ideals... I've struggled with this in the very beginning. I am not anymore.

Yes I speak dutch,english and portugese
Also speak a little german,french and spanish. Mostly just understand it.

About the job. I think in every job, you sometimes have to do things they tell you to do.
No questions asked. I don't have mixed feeling. We were mostly on peacemission. Other than US soldiers in Iraq, we were welcomed friendly. Ive made and lost friends and comrades during this time.
Unfortunatly this world.needs armed forces to bring peace.to regions. It's a sad world....
The funny thing is, sometimes I even miss being in a conflict-zone, because everything is so much clearer..and you know who got your back. When bullets fly over your head, you don't think about things like making models
