True. People from BIMARU states feel like that due to poor employment opportunities and less development in these states.

Ya ...just the way people from Chennai feel about New Delhi, Mumbai and to a certain extent Bangalore....Part of a spectrum me thinks

btw. i dont think it is appropriate to use the term BIMARU any more. My friends from these states consider this term as borderline derogatory, even if it is just used to describe their states. It was an old classification and is no longer valid as the growth rates and conditions of these states have improved considerably since then, though still behind states like MH, GJ, TN, KA, KL etc.

For uniqueness there may hardly be another building. TN is beholden to TCS who in turn may be holding Tamilian contribution as highly prized. The campus is indeed the pride of TN.
