I have another question... What are these yellow bars on the top of 1WTC they are really small but I never noticed them, cause i dont think they were always there...

if you check out the skyline view from liberty state park on earthcam, you can see that one of the cranes has made a HUGE jump... action again soon I think.

you may have also seen by now that the other crane has also jumped, so both cranes now appear poised for the next round of steel erection.

They look like perimeter posts for the top of the blue netting frame. I think that system has catwalks built into it to allow for easy movement and rigging during a jump. Not entirely sure though
