I have another question... What are these yellow bars on the top of 1WTC they are really small but I never noticed them, cause i dont think they were always there...

if you check out the skyline view from liberty state park on earthcam, you can see that one of the cranes has made a HUGE jump... action again soon I think.

They look like perimeter posts for the top of the blue netting frame. I think that system has catwalks built into it to allow for easy movement and rigging during a jump. Not entirely sure though |
