Why I was banned

I don't want to open new thread so I'll ask here.
Is it allowed to induce ban for own trolling account in order to open new, another trolling account?

Example: one user trolls repeatedly, gets many infractions and gets in many brigs, and all that on his third account. His first two accounts were banned.
So for his third/forth account he induces ban and opens 4th or 5th account (i cant remember anymore), clear of all brigs, infractions and yellow/redcards.

I am not asking for myself, just curious about forum rules perspective. Is that allowed?

I've seen many members that were banned have reappeared (in the international skybar), and mods are aware that the users are ex-banned members, yet nothing is done about them.

we have one forumer on croatian section who is a clear troll, with newly opened account just 2 days ago, with 9 posts on construction section and about hundred on caffe section mainly provocating people from one croatian region.

I am asking here because only croatian moderator who has ability to ban him doesn't want to do so although forumers from my region complain about him regulary, at least on a weekly basis.

It's easy to write lies attacking defenceless users in the brig. But let it be. I'm getting out of this forum with a big bang so I don't care.
Anyway, MasonicStage is one of those 'I'm never wrong' moderators.
But number of old forumers with many thousand posts left forum while he was in charge and quality of the forum is seriously decreased. But that's not my problem anymore.

He protects user who was previously banned for 4 (four) times and yet again on his 5th account trolls again and is provocating people from my region. He even had unofficial warning: he was forbiddened to come to Cafe (croatian skybar) section for 30 days for his lack of manners in discussions with others and was noticed that kind of posts would not be tolerated anymore. Well that warning was just MasonicStage's empty talk because he trolls again. MasonicStage enjoys that troll troling people from my region but we cannot do anything about this.

So I come here trying to ask foreign moderators for advice and he gets me in the brig Well you should know that MasonicStage is very vain so I probably deserved my punishment although his official statement was that I threatened to others. Yeah realy, I threatened forumers hundreds of miles from me not even knowing who they are. Way out of context. But, let it be.

Delmat, you really don't have to excuse yourself to other mods and admins, they can clearly see your infraction list, which tells them more than 5000 words written against me

I like buildings. I like to watch photos of buildings and also go out and take pictures and contribute to the forums. Since a new moderator appeared in the country forum that I post the most I have received an avalanche of infractions. I am not banned but had to shy away from that particular forum as I feel that this particular moderator wants to get me. There are 5 moderators in this particular country forum and all the infractions come from that single moderator. I am convinced that I have done nothing wrong, and therefore I am baffled as what to do about the whole situation......answers?
