Is it only 16 floors? Looks way higher than that here imho:

It's 20, but Trondheimr ignored my motion to change it.... But yeah, your render show the 16-floor version.

If you count the floors in the illustration, you will get 16/17 floors.

Edit: Was it more than one version of the proposal?

Well, okay slightly embarrassing. 4m is still quite a lot compared to many modern buildings though.
