Why in blazes can't they come up with a sharper exterior render? Is there a problem?

Damn..ang daming mayaman sa Pilipinas? Kailan kaya ako makaka-afford ng ganyang condo? Lol..

Based on the prices, I think this will be the retirement home of Henry Sy, Lucio Tan and Jaime Zobel de Ayala himself..

Very Nice! I like it much better now! A clearer render makes such a big difference!

Wow Thank You very nicely done crossboneka! Looks like 5th Ave will definitely turn out to be very sosy indeed once all these projects get done!

It's just okay. I'm not too excited about the design. It looks like a variation of the Park Terraces.

If the renderings of the sky suites dont excite you what does?
I think it looks gorgeous.

such an unremarkable design for a prime piece of land. ayala land's overconfident antics are getting old.

wasn't this ALP's fastest selling project though? clearly the market thinks otherwise about the design, or believes that the other facets of the project offset it

Yes it sold out fast because it was much cheaper than Shang at the Fort and is a neighbor of the PSE.

But as far as the architecture, I agree that Ayala Land had better designs like Park Terraces.

Is this a modified TRAG-towers-turned-blue building?
