Taken last June 11, 2012 @ Gate 5 while waiting for my afternoon flight bound for Manila.
Sunod-sunod ang flights gikan Cebu to Manila at this hour so medyo full but not packed ang gate 5, there were seats available and paspas man ang pagdepart og mga pasahero. Wa mi nagamit bridge so we went down to board the aircraft. ![]() ![]() May announcement sa information billboard near check-in counters regarding sa airconditioning system maintenance but di man mainit sa sulod and the temperature sa pre-departure area is just right. The restroom is clean and the LCD TV is working too. ![]() Its been 3 months since I last posted about these dirty aircon vents, still mao man gihapon wala pa nalimpyuhan... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I'm just hoping that the standard of the cleanliness at MCIA be upgraded as well para naman umasenso ang Pilipinas.

Zidlakan, I arrived on PR849 today. When I went out and waited for my car to arrive, a guy in green shirt and maong shorts was loitering in the waiting area. I thought he was a driver of one of the cars that was parked in front. When my car arrived and parked on the side, he quickly started to pick up one of my luggages. I stopped him and demanded to know who he was. He told me, he was a porter. I said, no you are not, you do not have an ID, you are not in uniform. Ano ka, colorum? He then slowly left. I saw an airport police in light blue uniform and quickly told him about the guy in green, and pointed him out hiding at the corner of the glass wall. When I pointed him to the airport police, he slowly walked towards the international arrival area. The airport police just pointed at the guy, then gave a nod on his head to another person, then continued to wave his hands as if directing traffic. THERE WAS NO TRAFFIC. I am a PAL elite card holder, therefore, my bags are PRIORITY, thus I get out of the terminal ahead of everybody else. I stood there wondering why the potbellied airport policeman didnt do anything. So I just returned to my car, where my driver already finished loading my bags. It was only then that I saw the potbellied airport police slowly walk towards the international area, going in the same direction as that guy in green shirt.
Is there a racket going on at the arrival area? I don't think this guy is colorum, as he was in maong shorts. Could there be something going on with the airport police? You shouldn't have potbellied airport police that looks slow in movement and they also look too healthy to be possibly corrupt. I got out of the airport around 530pm. If there was a CCTV in the area, I was the guy in red shirt getting on board a white strada, accosting the guy in green shirt and maong shorts. |

Seair to mount Manila-Cebu flights
SEEING opportunities in the domestic low-cost market, leisure carrier South East Asian Airlines (Seair) announced the addition of flights from Manila to domestic destinations in the country. In a press conference yesterday, Seair chief operating officer Patrick Tan announced three daily flights between Manila and Cebu beginning July 31, with a fourth flight pending approval from the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB). http://www.sunstar.com.ph/cebu/busin...flights-230214 |

![]() btw i just concocted my statements from the rdc 7 chairman himself that they are awaiting endorsement from mayor radaza and on the other hand llc council were talking about the 1B pesos mcia tax debt or whatever money mcia owed llc that needs to be collected first. mora ug dunay condition nga giapil but these are only speculations which became the subject of our discussions here. no we dont hate the sinner, we hate the sin. judging the radazas on a personal level is not right and should not be tolerated especially kun dili ka taga lapu2x. lest we get judge by our own misdeeds.

After 15yrs, finally set foot in Mactan, I can see much improvement in the staff service from the guys greeting us on that loaded flight from HK to the very courteus immigration and customs guys. It was a breeze indeed out. The compromised airconditioning at the building earlier mentioned was not an issue. Hands of to Zidlalakan. It was a good welcome.
Some interesting photos, and the P-3C Orion was a delight!

^ Ang Cebu Pacific ra ang kada oras. Pari-pariha ra ang Airphil ug Zest Air, 4-5 flights per day.
