Name of the Applicant: - Sri. D Y Muralidhar Rao , Vice President M/s. Reliance Prolific Traders Private Limited have applied for EC from SEIAA for their new proposed “Reliance Mart” Shopping Mall cum Multiplex project at, CTS No. 4783B, PT Sheet No. 307, CTS No. 4782B, PT Sheet No. 307 and 308, Jangamarakoppa Village, Hubli, Dharwad District under 8(a) of schedule of EIA Notification, 2006 under category-B requiring EC from SEIAA. Total project cost: Rs.148.50 Crores. The previous land use of the site was industrial and is being converted into commercial. Project Details: (a) Land: Total plot area: 26229.32 Sqm (Phase I – 13227.24 & Phase II – 13002.08); Total built up area: 37,083.44Sqm. The proposed commercial mall and multiplex will have 2 Basement Floors + Ground Floor + 3 Upper Floors. (b) Greenery: Landscape area: 2763.20 Sqm (35.67% of plot area). (c) Water Requirement: Total water requirement is 114 KLD (46.2 KLD of fresh water and 67.8 KLD of recycled water); Source of water: Hubli Dharwad Municipal Corporation. (d) Soil: Total excavated soil: 32,000 Cum will be used for refilling. (e) Sewage: Total quantity generated: 70 KLD, treated in proposed STP of design capacity 90 KLD; Sludge generated: - 3Kg/day used as manure. (f) Solid Waste: Total generated: 236Kg/day; Organic waste: 118 Kg/day will be send to Hubli Dharwad Municipal Corporation; Inorganic waste: 94 Kg/day will be sold to scrap dealers. Both organic and inorganic waste shall collected in temporary storage system placed at the site before the collection of waste by.(g) Power Requirement: Total Requirement: 4262.91 KVA from HESCOM; Power Backup: 2X2000 KVA and 1X320 KVA DG sets (h) Parking: 389 Numbers. They have got environmental clearence from seiaa
