A new tower on HaMa'apil street in Ramat Gan. 200 apartments (luxury?) near a small park in Geffen neighborhood.

1) Another luxury tower is ridiculous. They need to start building towers with apartments at reasonable costs.
2) Looking at Bezeq maps, that street doesn't look like it supports so many new residents. What the hell are they thinking?
It will look very out of place, without suitable road infrastructure. I wouldn't even be surprised if there aren't enough schools and kindergartens in the area. New towers are welcome only where they can be supported. This looks like one of RG's stupid decisions.

I hope the local residents file complaints. These kind of developments will easily ruin a neighborhood.
