For visitors to KL, not sure whether you guys realised this but many visitors have often ask local residents what is this abandoned giant in the heart of the city.


You'll notice a huge eyesore near the CBD for the last 15 years (since 1997). Today marks a new chapter as construction will resume, riding on the strong domestic economy.
