if i'm not mistaken the original lot of RW Bayshore is 32 hectares ,so now it's 50 hec. , wow ! Do you have an idea if there's a planned theme park in Bayshore city?

Another interesting info. If my memory is serving me right, dun sa "leaked masterplan ng RWB" dito dati, maraming space allocated for retail promenade. Halos nakapalibot sa buong area ng RWB. Mukhang mababawasan yung mga yun kasi may mall na sila...

There is a new project called Pagcor Redevelopment Phase1 (New Nayong Pilipino) , just don't know kung saan yon sa map. Maybe the lot area between Solaire and RWB. It consists of Hotel, Retail and Office. Can somebody find the location?

Yes, Megaworld bought the area of Nayong Pilipino As fas as i know from our meeting, there might be a amusement park in the area. But in the whole of Entertainment City, there will be.

There will still be a theme park in Entertainment City, don't worry.

There are 4 major players that will fund the whole Entertainment City. Travellers International (Resorts World with Genting Malaysia), Bloomberry, Universal Entertainment (Formally Azure of Japan), and SM Group (partnered with Melco of Macau).

All 4 players invested a minimum of $1B. Bayshore City alone is funded with $1.1B.

Regarding the Residential Area, this might only be the only Residential project in Bayshore. It only covers 2.7 Hectare of Bayshore City.

Yung Bayshore City na naka-indicate talaga sa Map, everything there is SURE already (like the mall, opera house, band hotels, etc.) The rest, wala pang master plan because it still can change. Nothing yet is final sa lahat, except this are

Also, if you know NEWPORT CITY, all residential projects were very successful. Nung totally empty pa yung area, we started selling is by more or less Php50,000/sqm. Now, price per square meter ng mga units dun is more than Php100,000 already, but it doesn't stop there. Clients who bought way before already got 100% profit.

The mall/leisure complex looks exciting with the blue glass roof almost twice as big as the floor plate of the hotel. The glass roof might be similar to RW Manila but bigger. I also noticed the huge circular water feauture at the entrance of the complex , hope it similar in scale with Bellagio fountain in Las Vegas.

I think this Pagcor Redevelopment Phase 1 that I mentioned, is the Bayshore City itself because the developers were Tiger Resorts, Bloomberyy and Pagcor. But this is not only owned by Resorts World.

good for you and your clients but having a theme park is more profitable than a business of residential properties. the real beneficiaries are the sellers and the buyers nothing more nothing less. a theme park such as the bagong nayong pilipino park signifies our cultural heritage and can serve as a portal for tourists to travel the actual attractions in our philippines. theme park is a long term business unlike the business of residential properties which only benefits the buyer and the seller, no tourist would ever visit a residential property

Yes, I get what your saying Don't worry, this Residential Project is just one of the components since it just occupies 5% of Bayshore City, the rest are Malls, Opera House, Casinos, etc., which probably will boost our tourism
