Helsingborg is under transformation these days. Please, check information about the project "'H+", if you are interested to know more about that.

Great aerials Italiano95.

Are those row houses on the roof of the building behind Åhléns store?
Cool place to live "suburban" and a perfect way to get more life in city centers.

Have to say, area around Sergels sort of looked greater from the air than from the ground . At least if you only walk that street Klarabergsgatan from central station area to Sergels.

Really nice aerials!

A few buildings in downtown Malmö have row houses on top of them as well, complete with small urban gardens. I agree that it's a cool way of densifying the city whilst offering a normally 'non-urban' form of living.

Turns out it is really difficult to find decent photos, these are the best I can do for now. This is on top of a major department store/mall (Hansa-Compagniet) in downtown Malmö:

The backyards:

EDIT: An aerial showing the rowhomes:

Hmm. So your national final will actually be bigger than the Eurovision (in capacity)?

It seems so. The thing is that the EBU representatives have expressed a will to make the contest a more intimate, small-scale, but qualitive show (at least, when the event is to be held in a country that would not invest too much into showing-off). That concept was already realised in Oslo a few years ago. Later Düsseldorf was favoured to Berlin or other candidate cities in Germany, and now Malmö is chosen as a host city instead of Stockholm.
While the international contest is getting "back to basics", Melodifestivalen sees a rapid growth. It has become an international contest last year meaning that the song writers and singers from whole the World can try their luck to win the ticket to the international show as the Swedish representatives. The national final seems to atract more and more people, while the average atendance at the ESC is more or less the same.

The show in Oslo was not intimate or small-scale, neither was the show in Dusseldorf. Malmø was chosen because Gothenburg and Stockholm have had it earlier, just like Bergen in Norway.
