hanggang ilan floor ang pwde sa mga bldgs in Clark?
alam ko ang aviation has limit bcoz they groom DMIA as premier gateway.. Bkt sa NAIA marami high rise hndi bawal malapit lng naman distance sa airport

Dang, this thing is funded by Middle East oil, we're gonna have an instant city right there in Clark. Excellent. This city is probably gonna be multi cultural since it is envisioned to be an "Aerotropolis". This is what we want, infra building and not tired old politics. Anyway, I hope North Rail can be sorted out as well to complete the GGLC project, imagine taking the train at BGC and then arriving at GGLC a few hours later. Wow, nice to daydream, the next generation is gonna be pretty lucky to experience all of this.

Wow!!! 150B megaproject!!!
is this the biggest project in the philippines?? the masterplan is amazing sana masunod yon. after this project finish it will change the landscape of Clark and Pampanga :-) baka maging Singapore or Hongkong in the future ang Clark. lalo na pag naging premiere gateway :-) This project alone pwde na maging bentahe sa Disneyland Clark. i think hintayin muna matapos ito ng ceo ng disneyland bago magdecide kung feasible itayo dito ang Disneyland :-)

Great Project! I support! My only concern about it though is that again, its built right beside the Airport Runway. (Or am i mistaken?) Hazardous like NAIA. Advantageous for newly built cities though, since regional businessmen may fly in and out of Clark with no need to pass by congested Manila. They may just establish satellite offices at Clark and do meetings there, etc.

![]() The red part is the whole Clark International Airport vicinity, the yellows are where the 3rd and 4th runways are supposed to be. The green part is the GGLC so it doesn't affect in anyway the future expansion of CIA and all is planned perfectly. It does sit beside the Airport cause they're building an Aeropolis, most of the activities there are airport logistics related so its built to complement the expansion of the airport |

I see. Definitely helpful representation...So no sonic boom here like Newport City. Exciting stuff happening in the Philippines. ![]() Question, why though that the Port Fund (investment fund affiliated with GGLC) is based in the Cayman Islands? Tax concerns perhaps for the investors, who would like anonymity? Hopefully the emir of Kuwait will approve this port fund to be based here in the country. *wishful-thinking*
