Considering that last photo is of what is essentially the backend of the building, that's still a pretty good light show (the elevator core lights look pretty cool) and should be nice and visible going over the Victoria Bridge. Can't fault a building that gives us lights like those at night and very pretty glass during the day:

The interior isn't half bad either:

*Great photos by CantStopProgress. More in the One One One Eagle Thread

Another render and a ground floor plan of the winning design now on exhibition for 200 George Street in Sydney by FJMT.

http://www.cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au/D...059943_068.pdf

Also here is the ground level layout

The network of laneways is a good start for the APDG Site as a whole. Hopefully the other projects on the site build on what FJMT has proposed here.

Yes, lots of changes in this area of the city. The council wants development on this block, named ADPG. There's also to be a 200m office tower on Pitt Street next to this building, and a 185m luxury residential tower on Alfred Street in front of Circular Quay. 200 George Street is first out of the gate!

It's backed by Chinese money and the project has been called in by the State Government as a development of state importance, so there's a good chance of this one getting up sooner rather than later!

Nice towers. I can't help picturing them as a centrepice in a smaller skyline - like rising up in the centre of Adelaide! Now that would look great!

Chinese leaders and delegates will have a nice home for the Brisbane G20 Summit! Wonder if these could be finished in 24months?

Speaking of "Developments of State Importance", will the towers for the old Vision site in Brisbane be given more focus by State Government?

Woah, awesome design. That's what I want to see in the Gold Coast, quality and beautiful designs for a city that has far too often been getting rather tacky buildings. Do we know the heights?
