And the reason why they are named after Nakheel is because they wasted money on paying for the names. They wouldn't have been given them for free, especially the Media City station, which is the one called Nakheel.

My point is if they give you your money back it is because they are just about to re-launch the thing at twice the price, which is at least what equiv villas on PJ are trading. If they give you your money back it will be in return for tearing up your (very valuable in my view) contract

my memory maybe going fuzzy, but i think that some of the sig villas are (a little bit) bigger than on PJ....lost in the mists of time anyway i feel...

If they paid money into my account I would happily take it as compensation for 4 years delay and would ask them for more if there were further delays.

This is an offer for credit notes. Nobody is buying the property here. This is not new, was always there...

Houshang, I do not understand what you want to say. Do you say, that Nakheel will sell land on PJA ?
I do not see that in the near future. They still have PJ, Jumeirah Park, Jumeirah Village, Jumeirah Heights, Al Furjan and the entire waterfront (incl. Veneto, Badrah). There is a lot to sell before they need to focus on PJA. And PJA will need a lot of infrastructure investment first before they can sell anything. I do not see that happening soon...
