Since the cladding has been finished, this just looks better with time.
It looks like a spaceship that has landed and is surveying the surrounding countryside, before a massive door opens and millions of invading aliens swarm out of it. Surprisingly beautiful and glad they did not give up on it. 9/10 |

This poll should be reset. It's completely inaccurate, considering most of the votes here were from when it was incomplete.
 Also, I'll bet most of the people are rating it 3 or less just because it's in North Korea.

The building doesn't match north korea at all.
But overall it's impressive standalone 5/10 with pyongyang skyline 8/10 standalone |

Nice shape, but the top ruins it for me, way to 90s cheap futuristic looking and I hate that look so tacky. So 5/10
