Good news, fellow owners! Turnover process is now going on. Got the keys for my 1BR on the lower floor. Lobby is very nice and impressive. I wasn't expecting it like that. The gym is huge, 2 rooms with another separate room for yoga also. They're setting up the equipment when I checked it. There's also a function and lounge room in the area. Basically, the whole upper ground floor is used for these amenities - gym + lounge + function rooms. The pool is ready except that they still need to put a cover since it's next to the construction of Tower 2. They said it might take 2-3 weeks to set that up. There are still a few minor touches being done in some areas inside but it's not really an issue to get started furnishing the unit. I want to start setting up the aircon, water heater, refrigerator and bed in the next few days so that I can possibly stay there for a few days. They told me that there's already one owner staying there. I will talk to RLC about restrictions on fitout. By the way, for the aircon, it seems only window type can be used. The hole and cage for the aircon is already there on the wall. They said the condenser for the split aircon cannot be installed even in the balcony. Maybe because it will mess up with the aesthetics of the building from outside. I will take some pictures and post them later. All the best for those who are ready for turnover. Cheers!

Congratulations on being one of the unit owners taking early turnover! I would like to take this opportunity to ask you for a favor, if you don't mind. I'd been wondering what the dimensions are of the holes and the cages for the airconditioning units. Can you share the info on the size, type, capacity and brand of the aircon units that you decide to buy for your place (or the best fitting unit you can find)? It would also be nice to know what kind and size of water heater would work and would best fit in the unit. I have a 2 BR unit in the upper floor and it looks like I would need four airconditioning units for the place. My problem is that I can not take early turnover and accept the keys to my unit until November, as originally scheduled, because of conflict with my vacation schedule. Any advance work I can be doing now would certainly save me time in furnishing the unit. I thank you for any advance info that you can share. Also, did you get a parking slot? If so, did RLC assign the parking slot at the time of turnover of your unit? I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks.

GREAT pics... thank you for taking the time to take em and to post em!

Would you happen to have any pics of the elevator area or of the upper level hallways? And am also curious how smoothly the process went for the actual inspection and receipt of the keys. Did you get the keys on the same day?

Thanks again... !

The holes in the living room for the 1BR unit is 27.5" x 17". The shops said this is for a 2.0HP size of the AC. For the bedroom, it is 23" x 15.5". I got the Carrier brand as people are saying this is one of the good brands and has easy support. I wanted to test actually the noise level but unfortunately, it's not possible in the store. Maybe if you go to the smaller stores, they might do it. I just bought the appliances in Abenson in Market Market because they're near and lower than Anson's.
For the water heater, the provision is for a tankless device. You have to buy the multi-point electric water heater from the hardware stores. If you only need hot water for the shower and not for the sink, you can get the single-point. Provision is already made for the connection. You may have to research on the good brand (I might get AEG). The only thing I see difficult is how to place it as the connection is between the sink and toilet bowl. I couldn't find a device that will fit under the sink so that it's hidden.

I will take pics of the elevator area next time. Turnover process is very smooth. You make the appointment, make your viewing for 1-2 hours. If you have no issues and ready to accept it, you sign and get the keys immediately. My friend architect who was with me said that there are really not much issues (I only have a 1BR anyway). But when I came back, I just noticed that the door handle is a bit flimsy (both on the main and balcony). Maybe not really the high quality. I actually thought of bringing a good one from the US but I thought that I might not match the style they have. I will just ask them if there's something they can do to tighten it or maybe I will just look for a good one from the hardware. It seems there are lots of high-end locks here also.

Thank you very much for giving us good quality photos and good shots of every perspective of the tower. I will appreciate seeing the interior of the 1BR also. :-)
Great info too about the turnover. Will you mind giving the steps/bullets of your experience of the actual turnover process from the time you arrived to Philippines... I just want to have an idea of the timing.
Again, thanks much!
