Darshan Hiranandani, the Managing Director of the $3billion Hiranandani Group, India’s largest residential developer, heads the company’s real estate operations in Dubai and the energy operations in India. At present, the Dubai arm is completing the world’s tallest residential building, 23 Marina and is also developing the Taj Exotica in Dubai. 2- http://www.hoteliermiddleeast.com/92...round/1/print/ Racing waiters and roaming clowns aside, the summer months have not precluded all serious business. Our ‘rumour of the month’ is that the Hiranandani Group has acquired Taj Exotica Resort & Spa on the Palm Jumeirah from ETA Group. According to Hiranandani “not enough information exists that would interest” Hotelier, but it will do in 10-14 days apparently, which we estimate to be around August 4. |

Handover inspection letters issued...countdown is on... only 1 month to go !
It is starting to look very special, needs more greenery though! Time for owners to get together and find out how we are being duly compensated. Were is the hotel and SPA? I heard it has been sold and a Singaporean company has contract and works due to start by year end. Anyone else got more info?

Get together Grandeur Residence owners
Hi Friends
Came across this excellent forum recently. I agree with tgrmughal. Unless we get together we are unlikely to get any discounts from eta star which we rightfully deserve for having waited for 5 years. Tell your friends about this and let us take a firm stand. Good luck to us |

You got the order wrong. Residences are finished, hotel/spa is about to start.
I have seen couple of units. Interiors are spacious, furnishings are ok. Whole place is very serene and tranquil... until they start the construction next door. I was told it is about to start now. So I believe it will be a torture living there next 2 years. On a personal note... seeing this place depresses me. It looks so crowded. It seems like they plugged in any kind of concrete or crap they can find to everywhere. For example, why would you need to be dividing the balcony with concrete in so many places? 70% of the view is obstructed by the concrete... they call this design! J |

And on the villas, I could see the garden walls are cracking and paint peeling off. They have just finished these! You would think they could put quality material for something selling 20M!

since the hotel isn't ready, is there another way of renting them as serviced apartments?
