well, the problem is usually trolls. There are some guys from another Grêmio Forum (actually, from a social facebook like site that has forums, called Orkut) who had a fight with the moderators of a Gremio Arena page at Orkut. So they created their own page and started a jihad against those mods from the other page, and anywhere they were involved.

ONE of those mods also posted here at SSC. So those people discovered and started trolling all Grêmio Arena topics here at SSC. INCREDIBLY childish. I suppose those idiots think theirs should be the only source of Grêmio Arena information in the world

as for this latest guy, it seems to be a true spammer, so I guess it was only coincidence his spam hit this thread.

The capacity is 60,540? I had an idea this is 50k stadia so far. Well in renders it doesn't look that big. Is there anyone who will explain to me what happened to stadium capacity?

The capacity official is next to 54.000 with all stadium with chairs, but in one of the first tier's sectors behind goal (we called "Geral") the chairs will be removed to events not Fifa, adding next to 4000.

In second and last tiers was added some rows too (2 rows by tier i think) with 2000 seats (but this with chairs).

The initial capacity of the stadium was 52k with all the seats.
Two years ago, the capacity has been changed to 56k with all the seats and 60k with no chairs in sector "different" of the stadium!
