Can you PLEASE be more pro-active in managing the threads in the Projects and Constructions section!

Many threads of active projects have been archived, thus not giving people a chance to update it when its time to update. At the same time, there are threads such as One Galleon Place, that do need to be locked due to the mythical nature of such proposals. Plus today, another person started a brand new thread about the "BDO Tower" when there is already an existing thread about it!

Its getting really annoying. You guys signed up to manage this forum, I suggest you do it properly. Many people use SSC Philippines to follow what is going on in our country, including overseas Pinoys who want to check the status of their investments and the general progress of the country.

is not yet completed. There are units that are not yet finished even the condotel floors located on the upper half is not yet operational and bare. Construction workers are still based at the lower basement parking. Baka ung taga-Nobleland ang nagrequest na ilipat na ito sa completed projects.

Please reopen the Eton Residences Greenbelt thread, because contrary to Eton's press release, the project isn't really completed yet. For now, this forum has been the only way that other buyers could get information from and through to each other.

I've asked Eton, for example, when they will execute the Deed of Absolute Sale and transfer ownership to their unit owners/buyers, but they can't commit to a specific timeline. (A rough estimate that one of their agents gave is around 2 years from now.) Despite this, Eton is insisting that unit owners/buyers "accept" the unit, but only upon the condition that we waive our claims against them.

It'll really help a lot of the buyers if we can get in touch with each other through this thread.
