Yes. But standing places behind one goal only (sector north).

in only ONE behind the goal sector. This section is clearly visible in any image because it interrupts the 2nd ring. The two rings above it still have chairs however.

the objective is to create a terraces atmosphere, while still having an almost all seater stadium... just like in several German Bundesliga stadiums.

plus, to still have the "avalanche"
