New project on Tchernihovsky St

I am not fond of the socalled Tel Avivian cube but I do not understand the point of bringing one down to build something as dull and uninteresting as this...

Evolution of two projects - As of today, July the 18 th 2012

1- Betsalel Tel Aviv- I climbed the fence and.. saw the underworld!

2- Meir on Rothschild tower - Seems that they're already trying to see what chosen window frames and balconies will look like...Can't wait to see this tower completed!

news about Arba'a towers:
The council wants a 4 floor height difference between the two towers so currently its 30 and 34 FL.
After transfer of restoration rights bought from 5 buildings they plan to add 4 floors each to 34 and 38 FL

‏לפי תוכנית הבינוי שאושרה לפרויקט בוועדה המקומית לתכנון ולבנייה ת"א ידורגו שני המגדלים באופן בו המגדל הצפוני יהיה גבוה לפחות ב-4 קומות מהמגדל הדרומי (המגדל הצפוני יהיה בגובה 34 קומות והמגדל הדרומי בגובה 30 קומות). בסוף 2011 חתמה חג'ג' על הסכמים לרכישת זכויות בנייה לא מנוצלות בחמישה מבנים לשימור בת"א, אותן תנייד לפרויקט הארבעה, כך שבכוונתה של החברה להגביה את הפרויקט ב-4 קומות נוספות (המגדל הצפוני יהיה בן 38 קומות והדרומי בן 34 קומות) בדרך של רכישת זכויות בנייה ממגרשים אחרים וניודם לפרויקט.

A preliminary meeting for the tunnels digging bid was held in Neta offices today.
According to their website , representatives from 90 companies participated in the meeting.
Unless I am mistaken , they will are going to pick a winner somewhere around beginning of 2013 and then hopefully digging should start.
