Owners of apartments should take it upon themselves to give up to date accurateinformation on themselves and from time to time check to see how things are. It is beyond me that people/owners think that everything should be served up to them. End of!!

What a silly comment

Everyone and anyone have my information but communication is still poor. I was in the building a few months ago and met with Abraj, the new service company, paid upfront fees and still, hit and miss emails.

Try to get your facts right before you talk stupid

Yes you are correct in a way but I realise that not always information filters back through to the owners and surely you have to make an attempt to find out any new developments and help your own cause. Why do you have to be so rude with your reply?

It is my understanding that they are attempting to set the new rate per sq. ft.

I have attempted to communicate by email with the new company, without success. I did speak on the telephone and they requested an emai!

i thought this building looked tired a few years ago ,maybe it just needed a good clean ?

disappointing because some of the interiors spaces are amongst the best in the marina

The building is still popular , I have a 1 Br for sale there and already got 2 offers for 840K and 850K but the seller a bit difficult guy

Otherwise , I am sure I will sell soon

Yeah i moved out 2 years ago. 2 months after selling my apartment.

Wow you all sold up now? Are you reinvesting in Dubai or have you had enough>

Been told the market is starting to come back specially in Marina, Palm, Sports City are the big movers.

i sold my 1 bed after 4 years and now im looking to buy a Studio Apartment in

Botanica Tower,but it isnt easy to get one

yes the prices goes up in Marina,Palm Jumeirah,Old Town told me my Real Estate Agent

Thats true , hard to get anything there , the problem is the selling price was higher when they launched the Botanica , I rented few studios but those owners on LPP and paid around 1-1.1 million and cant sell now.

Few units were on the market before the handover around 600K but nothing good now..anyway I am still looking for and if any I will let you know
