How come lagos doesnt build a set of apartments instead of a single building?

There's no real estate investments going on that State to give foreign investors the incentive beyong reasonable to play part in the development. This needs to be address by the Lagos state governor. The Lagos municipality is big enough to exprecience boom in this sector.

I think it's high time for a massive jobs training programing instead particularly in construction, medical, textiles, computer tech, biotech, engineering. that would be money better spent IMO.

All this building and foreign inv is just repeating mistakes of the past if no Naija will be able to maintain these structures 30 years from now, heck 10!.

Remember all those old buildings/structures today in Naija were new at one point in the 50s 60s and 70s. No one to maintain properly because they didn't know how or better yet didn't care because they don't have that mindset.

What old buildings exactly are you talking about? I've been in quite a few of those buildings and they look pretty well maintained.
