¿Marratxí? Me he descargado el plano de líneas de la EMT de Palma y, entre otras, la línea 3 termina en Pont d'Inca, que forma parte de Marratxí

Correcto, se trata de Pont d'Inca, un barrio de Marratxí limítrofe con el término de Palma. A principios del siglo XX fue un importante núcleo industrial (de ahí la chimenea que se ve al fondo de la fotografía)
