This tower construction is going very smoothly and at pretty good rate and the rehab apartments look really good !! I guess the rehab is not for slumdwellers int his case but for people who had houses there or something .. any info on that ?

these are just models...You can bet that the rehab tower aren't going to look anythings like this ones the real owners move in and bring their untasteful furnitures and way of live. I doubt even avigna park aparmtments will look this good

Surely Avighna Park apartments will look much much better than these, considering the kind of people that will be living here. Besides, rotating chairs and a bland looking teapoy in the living room is not my idea of tasteful furniture.

Note the picture frames above the bed. So this looks like one of the apartments that has already been allotted to the prev residents in the rehab tower. Also if you think of it, Nish developers wouldn't really set up a "show apartment" since they aren't really selling anything in that tower.

Everything is fine with this project, only the top could have been a little more "over the top" to give this tower a super look.

Great shots Savz and tower 2 is nearly two floors higher than what i have shown in the diagram(Aug 10)

Its almost a week and you are still in mumbai ..... will you be in Mumbai only from now on ?
