Multistoried office building on anna salai nandanam for TNSCB Government of Tamilnadu. An award winning project. Total construction area 2 lakhs Square Feet with a floor plate of around 11500 Square Feet. Total number of floors basement plus stilt plus 17 floors, overall height of the building 66 meters. Involving automated parking system within the integrated space of the basement floor, and stilt floor. Building is designed to meet the standards of LEED Certification.

is this the under construction building in Teynampet junction?

TRIL guys made a small presentation in my office. Heard that they scrapped their residential projects and coming up with 2 more blocks for office. Their 1st two blocks are fully booked and CTS has taken up one full block. Their 3rd block is for 1.2 mn the biggest of all with large floor plate is getting ready for next year 1st quarter. For just she'll their rate is 62 rs per sq feet which is too high and it seems for them to break even their avg rate has to be 55+ considering huge rate at which they bought the land. In contrast the DLF land which is the unused tidel park 2 was sold by the govt at much lower rate

1 building is yet to complete. its running with 30% capacity. Not sure of the employees strength there.

Good looking building! but I fear that this building will suffer the same fate of all the other govt buildings..... neglect..
