Thank you, SEAfan. This thread is a little old now so I decided to pay another visit to the Lion City and see what's happening there. That is about to happen as early as the last day of next month!

No not really. I guess I'm not a beach person. I barely visited any beaches in SE Asia despite having traveled here for 6 times by now. I just don't find it interesting or exciting in any way and get bored after 10 minutes of looking at the sea and taking a couple of photos... not to mention artificial beaches like one in Sentosa

Anyway, greetings from Singapore. It just happens that I have been staying in SG for the past week. This is a photo I took tonight:

Although I should note that all those threads (including this one) are about my trip which took place back in 2009, hence they have disappeared from the front pages of this sub-forum. My new photos of this year's tour are coming soon though.

They surely will. Only that I have so many of them that it's taking a while to sort it all out. But it's coming soon.
