Time for some fresh pictures from earlier today..

In the northern part of Copenhagen you'll find a large wetland area home to a lot of birds..

Much of the land Copenhagen is build on looked like this in the past, but agriculture and later urban development changed that..

Spend the day on the island Møn..

And you really can't go to Møn without visiting:

Møns Klint
( "cliffs of Møn" )

Møns Klint is a huge deposit of primarily chalk streathing more than 100m up into the air and far out into the sea where it is slowly being eroded away making the place perfect for fossil collectors and geologists..

So here we go, fresh pics from one of Denmark's most beautiful places..

The island of Møn is connected to my island of Zealand with a small bridge..

We start off the walk in Store Klinteskov and decents towards the Baltic Sea

Getting close to the sea..

And there we go.. the cliffs..

Lots of fossils for those who are interested in the 75 million old chalk..

Constant erosion means it's not a safe place to be - one should be aware - several people have died from falling debree and slides..

Some trees does make the fall from forrest above, but eventually the salty sea will kill them..

You get a great view from the top of the cliffs..

It's a 120m fall if one isn't careful..
