As we don't have uniform development the state capitals and few big cities are the our island of growth and wealth.

And as per the reports we will have over two dozen cities with the population of 1 crore in the future.

At that time we will be requiring these roads to keep our cities floating and growing and not to die down sinking under traffic mess. And land acquisition etc. will be very big problem at that time.
