Are construction costs in Orienburg very low?

On the previous page someone said those houses would be about 100,000 to 200,000 dollars. In many parts of America those would be at least $1 million if not much more...depending on location..

Pretty cool. If those houses are only 100-200k in US dollars (not sure?) then that is quite a lot of house for not much money!
